Shipping & Returns
Shipping At the Lanyard Zone we begin producing your custom order within 24 hours of your order being placed. Once we have your order complete, we will ship your order immediately, or upon the next possible business day. All shipments are sent via Canada Post, and handed off to the appropriate agency within your own country. Every order is well packaged and inspected for quality before it leaves our facility.
1. Letter Post
Our Letterpost service may take between 1 to 3 weeks depending on your location, and does not include any tracking service or insurance. So far we have had very, very few issues with this service, however, if you have a history of problems with mail service in your location we STRONGLY recommend you upgrade to one of our other services.
2. Air Mail
Airmail is a very reliable service which includes up to $100CDN insurance. Airmail packages typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days depending on your location.
3. Expresspost
Expresspost is by far the fastest and safest service we offer. Expresspost shipments come with $100CDN insurance, tracking number and guaranteed delivery within 5 business days within North America and most EU countries.
ReturnsEvery Lanyard we sell is hand made to order with care and pride. Our quality control team meticulously inspects every lanyard before it is packaged and shipped. We take the same care with all our products so you can be assured your products will arrive the way you ordered them and without factory defects. Should you receive items that are not as ordered, or are defective due to our manufacturing processes we will gladly provide you with a full refund or exchange less shipping costs. All items returned must be authorized by The Lanyard Zone prior to receiving them. |
